These Terms of Service apply to the RC World
application. Please read them carefully before using our app.
By using RC World products, you agree to be bound by this
Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use our
application.
If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (for
example, your employer), you represent that you are authorized to
accept this Agreement on behalf of that organization. In such cases,
“you” and “your” refer to that organization.
You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following actions:
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any RC World system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures;
Access, tamper with, or use RC World’s technical delivery systems;
Decrypt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of RC World;
Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host, or network, including sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing RC World;
Implant or distribute malware, or use RC World to spread malicious software;
Send any unsolicited spam or junk messages;
Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
Post or transmit any fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity;
Infringe upon others’ privacy rights;
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Encourage or permit others to engage in any of the above behaviors.
Although we are not obligated to monitor your access to or use of RC World or your content, we reserve the right to do so for the purpose of operating RC World, ensuring compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable laws or legal requirements.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or disable access to any of your content at any time and without prior notice, including if we, in our sole discretion, determine that your content is objectionable or violates these Terms.
We may investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects RC World, and we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and pursue legal action against users who violate the law.
We respect copyright law and expect our users to do the same.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe or are suspected of repeatedly
infringing upon the rights of copyright holders may be
terminated.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RC World and its affiliates (including shareholders, managers, employees, and partners) from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to those arising from:
Your violation of these Terms of Service;
Your improper use of the Services;
Unauthorized modification or alteration of the Services;
Any infringement of intellectual property rights and/or trademark rights.
You acknowledge and agree that RC World does not guarantee that the Services will fully meet your requirements, nor that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, real-time, or continuously available.
Whether express, implied, or statutory, RC World and its partners make no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree that any risks arising from the use of RC World’s Services or information are entirely at your own responsibility.
The final right of interpretation of these Terms of Service belongs to RC World.
